Alloys Cleaning, Inc., owns the US and International patent portfolio covering the ClO  , NOx and SOx abatement system and process.  To its knowledge, this is the only patented NOx and SOx abatement system and process using ClO   in such manner in the world, and is the only such system and process that is permitted to operate in California by the South Coast AQMD.
